We are currently supporting our client who is looking for an Interim Manager to assist in the turnaround effort of their service. This role focuses on clinical oversight, improving staff culture, reducing agency usage, increasing occupancy, and the day-to-day management of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reduce agency usage
• Increase occupancy
• Manage the home on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure the highest quality of care is provided
• Provide a high level of clinical oversight
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Management experience in care settings
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Understanding of safety, safeguarding, and commercial operations
