I am looking for an Interim Manager to help oversee a nursing home for older adults. This is a purpose-built home in Home Counties with a great team and potential to stay on with the company moving forward.

Requirements:

1. Experience of clinical oversight (Active-PIN preferable but not a requirement)
2. Highly Experienced with compliance, governance and leadership
3. CQC Experience/Registered Manager Experience
4. Driven to Upskill Staff Team
5. Will conduct themselves appropriately in the presence of residents
