Job Description
Prepare, analyse and present financial reports and budgets.
Monitor and report on variances from the budget.
Assist in the development of financial forecasts and projections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve financial objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Participate in financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is desirable.
Experience in management accounting within the non-profit sector.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
