Salary: £250 - £350 per day (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Full-time

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (combination of remote and on-site work)

We are seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join their team and support their financial operations during a critical period.

Role Overview: As an Interim Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will work closely with our finance team and other departments to provide insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and present monthly management accounts
2. Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance
3. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
5. Support year-end audit processes
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
7. Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Management Accountant, preferably in the tech industry
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are desirable
