Interim M&E Compliance Officer

We are seeking an Interim M&E Compliance Officer to serve within our property department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance standards and ensuring the smooth operations within our not-for-profit organisation.

Description

1. Monitoring and enforcing compliance regulations within the property department.
2. Developing and implementing compliance programmes for the organisation.
3. Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; developing/implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
4. Providing reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the corporate compliance committee informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
5. Collaborating with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
6. Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.

Profile

1. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
2. Proven experience in a compliance role within a not-for-profit or property sector.
3. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and industry practices.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer

1. An hourly rate of approximately 28.8 - 35.2 GBP.
