Qualifications
- 3+ years PQE as a commercial lawyer in a law firm or in-house.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.

Immediate opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a fast-paced team on an initial 6-12 month FTC with view to perm. Hybrid working, central London location.
*experience in real estate, commercial property and leasing agreements would be advantageous
Working closely with senior management you will be responsible for:
- drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, services and supply contracts
- advising on marketing and IP matters
- data privacy
- real estate and property
- transactional support
- instructing external counsel
- assisting in supervising junior lawyers
You will be 3+ years PQE as a guide with experience in either a law firm or in-house as a commercial lawyer. A proactive and commercial approach is key to your continued success in this role.
