Learning & Development Manager (4 days a week)
London Hybrid/Remote - inside scope / £550 -600 per day inside scope

Working for a leading technology brand, the Learning & Development Manager is responsible for building organisational capability to support business change, ensuring that employees, leaders, and Change Leaders have the skills and knowledge to support transformation. A key focus of the role is supporting the mobilisation of the Change Hub and driving the onboarding and development of Change Champions.

Additionally, the role plays a key part in enhancing change maturity across the organisation including supporting the mobilisation of the Change Hub by developing structured learning pathways and capability-building programs and designing and delivering Change Champion onboarding programs, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to drive change effectively. You will also partner with the Global Change Lead, Central & Functional Change Managers, and functional leaders to embed a learning culture that supports change maturity and develop and implement learning interventions focused on change management, leadership, and business transformation.

You will also be required to facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance employee readiness for change.

The successful candidate will have a proven background of working in Learning and Development in a global matrix environment where you will have designed learning initiatives to support change and transformation. Experience in onboarding and capability-building initiatives for change leaders and Change Champions and familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories as well as digital learning platforms is also required.

It is essential that you have excellent stakeholder management skills and can quickly influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role at short notice and can commit to the contract duration.
