Interim Learning and Development Specialist £295pd

Role: Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist

Client: Major Life Sciences Organisation

Location: Hybrid working from home and in Bracknell

Duration: 9 months (Scope to extend)

An Interim Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist role to support this major Science organisation with their digital growth and internal upskilling, across thousands of employees.

This role will collaborate with Digital and Data SMEs to organise learning initiatives and bring R&D employees on a learning journey across data literacy, data science, data analysis and predictive modelling.


You will maintain, curate, improve and gather learning materials to ensure a coherent learning pathway.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Learning and Development (L&D).
  • Prior experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Prior experience within a global organisation.
  • Self-starter, driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advantageous would be any experience in Digital and Data learning, or Digital Transformation.
