Ashley Kate are excited to be recruiting for our well-established manufacturing client to cover a period of Maternity Leave. They seek a HR Manager/ Business Partner to be based at their Melton site (hybrid) for a minimum of 12 months.
The role will report into the global HR Director, with 1 direct report, and work alongside a wider HR team. Partnering with the senior leadership team and a wide range of stakeholders within the business, this role will manage the overall HR function. This is a fast-paced unionised environment, offering a variety of both strategic and operational responsibility.

To be considered, you will be an experienced HR Manager or Business Partner from a blue-collar background. You will have experience of leading in change projects and the planning side, but you won't be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in from the ground up as this is a very hands-on operational role. We seek someone who can build relationships and who wants to work with all levels of the business with a people-focused mindset. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards.
