Interim HR Manager | Professional Services | City of London | May Start | 55K-60K

Based in London, with the role being office-based 4 days a week, with one day working from home.

Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background? Do you have a proven track record in handling restructuring and redundancy processes? Our client, a growing professional services company based in London with a headcount of under 200, is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to join their team for 18 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with an initial focus on key projects Restructures and TUPE. You will need to bring expertise in these areas and then transition into a maternity cover role starting in October, supporting the HR team across a variety of generalist HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects around restructuring and redundancy processes.
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to management and staff across the business.
  • Advise on HR policy, performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Transition into the role of HR Business Partner covering maternity leave in October.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, ideally in a small business environment with a headcount of under 300.
  • Strong experience in handling restructuring and redundancy processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, offering pragmatic and strategic HR solutions.
  • A hands-on approach and comfort with a diverse range of HR responsibilities.
