PageGroup are delighted to support a leading global organisation based in central Birmingham with the appointment of an Interim HR Advisor to join a busy team for circa 3 months with possible extension.


This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3-4 days office and 1-2 days home per week.

Description

The role of Interim HR Advisor will work closely alongside a team of HR Business Partners and HR Director to support with a wide range of duties including but not limited to:

  1. Update and maintain HR system (Workday)
  2. Take responsibility for HR data and reports
  3. Support with low-level employee relations casework
  4. Support the team with HR project work
  5. Support with HR Administration tasks

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will be available to start at short notice, you will have a generalist HR Advisor background ideally with a strength in maintaining HR systems and HR data projects.

Knowledge of Workday is beneficial but not essential.


Job Offer

Up to circa £40k
