Interim Head of Legal - £575-670pd - remote

International marketing business require an Interim Head of Legal for a four month period at the start of 2025. The client is comfortable with this being carried out on a fully remote basis (although you must be based in the UK).

Reporting into the General Counsel, this role requires an experienced commercial lawyer (ideally 10+ PQE, but all applications will be considered on merit) to come into a small team to draft, negotiate and advise the business on a variety of agreements including licensing, branding, supply contracts, SaaS agreements, manufacturing & distribution contracts, NDAs, and general client T&Cs. The postholder will be required to advise on data privacy matters, as well as contributing towards overall strategic business initiatives. You will also oversee the work of the Legal Counsel in the team.

You must be available to start by the final week of January at the latest.
