Description

1. Lead and oversee HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Lead the HR team across Payroll, L&D, ER and HR.
3. Manage employee relations, including complex casework and change management.
4. Provide guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
5. Drive HR policy development and implementation in line with best practices.
6. Oversee pay, reward, and performance management frameworks.
7. Support leadership teams in organisational development and cultural transformation.
8. Ensure compliance with employment law and HR governance.

Profile

1. Proven experience in a Head of HR, HR Director, or Senior HR Leadership role.
2. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organisational change.
3. Ability to work in a fast-moving, project-focused environment.
4. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
5. Experience in TUPE, restructuring, and HR transformation projects is desirable.
6. Proven ability to manage HR operations, ER, and payroll functions.
7. Available immediately and open to a temp-to-perm opportunity.
