Job Description
An Interim Head of HR to:
- Be responsible for the overall HR function.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes.
- Lead the ongoing implementation of a HRIS.
- Manage a HR team: coaching and upskilling.
- Support an organisation through a large transformation period.
- Modernise and transform the HR function.
- Lead and coordinate the ongoing implementation of engagement activities.
- Look at maintenance and system improvements.
- Act as a trusted partner to the SLT and wider organisation.
- Build organisational capabilities, behaviours and structures.
- Lead change management.
- Focus on technical processes and detail.
The Successful Applicant
An Interim Head of HR with:
- Previous experience in the health and social care sector, public or NHS desirable.
- Experience operating at a strategic and operational level with transformation experience.
- Available to start within the next month.
- Strong technical hands-on experience.
What's on Offer
Interim Head of HR.
Initial 6 month role.
£350-450 per day - open to discussion.
1 day a week in London - flexible.
