A growing SME business has approached CMA exclusively for support in recruiting an Interim Financial Controller for an initial period of 3 months.
This position will report to the Managing Director and support the organisation whilst the business considers a long-term hire.
What will the Interim Financial Controller role involve?
Review monthly reporting processes and suggest/implement improvements.
Review finance team and recommend future requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and forecasting, analysing business performance.
Suitable Candidate for the Interim Financial Controller vacancy:
Candidates will ideally be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified and have worked within an SME business covering a well-rounded finance role. Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
Prior team management experience is essential.
Strong communication skills to partner with a range of non-finance stakeholders across the business.
