Interim Financial Accountant - East Lothian- c. £300 - £400 / day - 2 / 3 Months

Your new company

An East Lothian-based company undergoing significant transformation and change, are currently in the midst of a financial process overhaul, and they need audit-trained accountants to help drive process improvement and prepare for the upcoming audit.

Your new role
Reporting to a dynamic Finance Director, you will be:

• Performing balance sheet reconciliations for EMEA entities
• Managing the audit schedule and preparing the local finance teams
• Overseeing system, process and people changes to best support the business
• Enhance revenue recognition processes
• Ad-hoc requests as required from the FD

What you'll need to succeed

As a qualified accountant with a technically strong background, you would ideally have trained within an accountancy practice and have audited large businesses. We would also like some industry experience in an in-house role, ideally within a Manufacturing business.
