Interim Finance Manager - Prudhoe


Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a well-established client in their search for an Interim Finance Manager to join their finance team in Prudhoe.


This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's finance function, working closely with the Finance Director and wider team to ensure efficient financial management and high-quality reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and executing finance processes, including budgets, management accounts, and cashflow projections.
  2. Manage and deliver monthly and quarterly management accounts, reporting directly to the Finance Director.
  3. Collaborate across departments to support the reporting and analysis of project performance.
  4. Oversee and mentor the Business Administration Apprentice, ensuring smooth execution of finance tasks such as debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations, and expenses.
  5. Process and manage payroll with support from an external payroll processor.
  6. Support the finance team with various tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Key Attributes & Experience:

  1. Passion for supporting business growth and success.
  2. Positive, proactive, and highly personable with a mature approach.
  3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  4. Experience working to UK accounting standards.
  5. Proficiency in modern finance software.
  6. Accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
