Description

• Supporting financial management specifically within the Service Charge department
• Assisting in managing and optimising the financial aspects of service charges
• Providing financial support and insights to the service charge teams, facilitating informed decision-making
• Participating in financial planning and reporting
• Acting as a strategic financial advisor to business units

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:

• Working towards a CCAB qualification
• Knowledge of service charge
• Experience working within the Housing and Property sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong Excel skills
