Job Description:

Seeking Interim Quantity Surveyor and Pre Con Estimators for high-profile rail and civil engineering projects in and around London. We're looking for professionals with strong cost management, contract administration, and project estimation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets
  • Manage contracts and compliance
  • Conduct cost/value reconciliations
  • Liaise with project teams and clients
  • Identify and manage commercial risks

Requirements:
