Seeking Interim Quantity Surveyor and Pre Con Estimators for high-profile rail and civil engineering projects in and around London. We're looking for professionals with strong cost management, contract administration, and project estimation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets
- Manage contracts and compliance
- Conduct cost/value reconciliations
- Liaise with project teams and clients
- Identify and manage commercial risks
Requirements:
- Experience in rail and/or civils sectors
