What will I be doing?
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Designer to be part of our talented in-house creative team. Hilton Global Creative & Design partners with cross-functional teams across the organization to build marketing platforms and consumer campaigns to drive consumer awareness, engagement, preference, and loyalty with Hilton and our 24 brands. As a Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions that communicate the Hilton portfolio brand identity through various channels.
Responsibilities
As a contractor in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Fulfil the role of designer across various verticals of work: Enterprise, Campaign, CoBrand, Brand, Social, Honors, Destination & Partnerships.
- Work alongside regional agencies and stakeholders to understand market nuances while pushing forward design considerations.
- Proactively understand our brands, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Adhere to Hilton’s brand identity standards while helping to inform the evolution of the visual identity.
- Execute creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the Creative Directors, Art Directors, and design/production teams.
- Responsible for graphic design, seeing all projects through from concept to delivery.
- Develop compelling creative solutions across omni-channel touchpoints.
- Evolve advertisements or campaigns in response to feedback from stakeholders.
- Assist the team with day-to-day production requests, including image selection and reformatting creative.
- Balance multiple projects successfully to meet deadlines.
- Present design work at various stages to stakeholders for review.
- Collaborate with various marketing teams to understand business objectives and creative needs.
- Use campaign performance data to inform future campaigns.
- Stay current on industry trends and share ideas for innovating design approaches.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showing a range of experience and visual styles.
- Minimum of 3 years relative design experience.
- Experience working with a marketing department and understanding business objectives.
- Knowledge of design fundamentals and messaging hierarchy.
- Experience designing for various marketing channels.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
