Great opportunity for an Interim Culture and Capability Lead with a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale cultural change initiatives across complex, matrixed organisations. The person will be responsible for the Culture and Capability workstream of a transformation project aimed at enhancing financial acumen and reporting, and cost-conscious decision-making for cost centre managers. This will include being the subject matter expert for designing and delivering learning solutions and integrating behavioral change initiatives into existing performance management frameworks, leadership expectations, and enterprise-wide learning strategies, embedding cost-conscious decision-making.

You will also be responsible for influencing senior leaders to act as role models for cost-conscious behaviors, embedding accountability and financial awareness into leadership expectations and to lead learning needs analysis and capability diagnostics to inform the development of training and cultural change interventions. It will then be your responsibility to facilitate immersive learning experiences, including workshops, simulations, and digital learning solutions, that drive behavior change.

Qualifications:
CIPD qualified or equivalent with a background in organization psychology or learning with culture change gained in a global complex matrix business. You will be able to demonstrate where you have designed and delivered cultural change initiatives. Expertise in change management and modern learning methodologies, including digital and blended learning is required as is excellent senior stakeholder management and communication. Experience of supporting a finance transformation program where you have supported cost centre management processes would be an advantage. It is essential that you can start a new on short notice, working largely remotely but with the flexibility to travel to the office as required for workshops. For the right person this 6 month duration could be extended due to the wider program.
