Your new role
As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing contracts relating to housing assets and repairs.

  • Contract Management - administering and managing contracts with service providers, ensuring compliance.
  • Performance Monitoring - evaluating contractor performance and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Budget Management - overseeing budgets and financial aspects of contracts, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and to address any issues.
  • Quality Assurance - implementing quality control measures to ensure high standards of work and service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, we are seeking a positive and energetic candidate who has proven experience in a contract management or asset management role ideally within the housing sector. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, alongside an understanding of housing asset management.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a long-term contract position of at least six months initially, with potential extension also available beyond this point. A daily rate is available of between £350 - £380 per day (umbrella), alongside a hybrid working arrangement for the duration of your contract - travel to and presence in the area will be required.
