Interim Commercial Building Surveyor

One of my Local Authority clients based in the North West is looking for a Commercial Building Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Reactive Repairs
• Planned Maintenance
• Follow the full life cycle and liaise with contractors
• The portfolio is made up of commercial units and schools
• Initially help with PPM works planning and commissioning to bring conclusion to small work projects

It is important that you have prior experience within commercial building surveying.

You would be working in the office for 1-2 days per week and working remotely for the rest of the week; however, you will need to be on site 5 days per week.
