A leading civil engineering and utility contractor has an opportunity for an Interim Change Manager to support transformation and growth within the company.
The Interim Change Manager will drive strategic transformation and growth within the company. You will lead and guide major change initiatives, working closely with senior leadership, IT, and communications teams to support the company's transformation goals. This role oversees the change management portfolio, ensuring that tools and capabilities are in place for successful implementation and team adaptation.
The role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to the office.
The Role
Develop and implement business change strategies and change management strategies across large-scale transformation programmes.
Lead and mentor a team of change managers, fostering growth and promoting best practices.
Collaborate with senior leadership to secure buy-in and drive change readiness across the organization.
Assess and document the business impact of change, adjusting initiatives to ensure success.
Monthly reporting to Divisional Executive team.
Experience Required
Experience in leading complex transformation programmes.
Qualification in Change Management ideally within (e.g., APM Practitioner) with experience in a medium to large organisation.
Expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and stakeholder management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent commercial awareness and first-class stakeholder management skills.
