Job description
Boston Hale is working with one of London's leading non-profit institutions, looking for an Interim Assistant Financial Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and posting monthly journals
- Reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts
- Maintaining the sales ledger and invoicing process
- Managing the agreed credit control process
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset register
- Setting up new customers on the system
- Assisting the year end accounting process including dealing with audit requests
- Assisting in preparing statutory accounts
- Experienced in month end procedures
- Experienced in assisting in audits
- Experience in a sales ledger function of an organisation
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office.
