Integration Specialist

They are inviting an Integration Specialist to join their Professional Services team, offering the opportunity to sculpt the future of a flagship platform utilised by the world's premier financial institutions.

As a Project Management focused Integration Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, integrating market data services that are pivotal to the firm's operations. The role demands a blend of technical prowess and project management acumen, as you’ll lead the delivery of market data projects from inception to completion. This includes technical scoping, identifying dependencies, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. A background as an Implementation Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or FIX Onboarding Specialist could prove highly beneficial.

Experience needed:

1. 7+ years working in Financial Services
2. Understanding of Linux OS
3. Exposure to Bash, Python or Perl
4. Demonstrable background initiating strategy initiatives within the market data space
5. Ability to work closely with developers and stakeholders on technical scoping of new projects
6. Can write and review technical documentation (exchange specifications, migration plans, and production runbooks)
7. Expertise with FIX Onboarding (experience with Reuters and Bloomberg)
8. Create progress reports, own migrations from legacy platforms, identify and resolve blockers
9. Experience engaging with customers & ability to communicate with other vendors & exchanges
10. Recognise efficiency gaps, manage the Jira kanban boards
11. C++ or Python, Linux OS, CI/CD Pipelines, asset class knowledge

The role involves direct engagement with developers, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless market data connectivity and historical data integration for trading and research purposes for clients.
