A vacancy has arisen within Transactional and Customer Services for an Integrated Customer Services Co-Ordinator. The vacancy is temporary for 12 months.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will undertake duties on behalf of the Integrated Customer Services Manager to further the aims of the integrated customer service ambitions within the Council.
You will also provide direct co-ordination and support for projects and change initiatives, including customer feedback and contribute to the strategic development and planning for the service.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You should have NVQ level 3 or equivalent demonstrable management experience in a customer service/project management environment.

HYBRID WORKING
Durham County Council currently operates a hybrid working policy where a model of 2 days in the workplace and 3 days at home/remote will apply. This model is pro-rated for part-time roles and arrangements are at managers discretion, alternatively you can work all of your contracted hours within the workplace if you prefer.
