Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY: The Intake Coordinator is responsible for answering inquiry calls and processing fax and email referrals; completing required paperwork, assisting with Utilization Review authorization process; and supporting Assessment and Referral staff with clerical duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years experience in customer service in a health care related field preferred.
  • Knowledge in the use of computers.
  • Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
Education / Licensure
  • High School diploma, GED or Higher Education required.
