Job description

Red Recruitment is recruiting an Insurance Broker Executive in Tewkesbury to join our client, a fast-growing, award-winning provider of specialist insurance, consulting and financial services to the contractor and freelance markets.

You will be responsible for managing and growing the Growth Broker relationships and will be working with some of the UK's largest and most exciting brokers.


The salary for this position is £32,000 per annum and also offers a generous commission structure.


Package for an Insurance Broker Executive:
  1. Salary: £32,000 per annum plus commission
  2. Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time
  3. Contract Type: Permanent
  4. Location: Tewkesbury
  5. Generous commission structure
Key Responsibilities of an Insurance Broker Executive:
  1. Developing lasting and relevant relationships with all of the Growth accounts (Face to Face meetings, Microsoft Teams, Events, Networking etc)
  2. Growing account GWP and unique users in line with agreed targets
  3. Building and delivering account plans - a collective approach with key business stakeholders to deliver success for both parties
  4. Building and delivering partner reports to key business stakeholders
  5. Being a product expert to ensure that underwriting questions are fielded in a timely and precise manner
Key Skills and Experience of an Insurance Broker Executive:
  1. Previous insurance/professional services experience would be advantageous
  2. You should have the ability to hit the ground running and be self-motivated
  3. You will be able to establish and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and face to face is required
  5. Cert CII would be advantageous, but is not essential
  6. You will need to be able to listen to colleagues and customers and ensure a collaborative workplace
