Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 – Hybrid working

About the Role:
An Insurance Broker based in Liverpool is looking to grow their Corporate Insurance Broking team.

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions across a range of commercial lines. Working closely with Account Executives and Insurers, you’ll ensure best-in-class service and risk management advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  2. Place and negotiate a broad range of commercial insurance policies, including Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, and more.
  3. Prepare renewal presentations, mid-term adjustments, and risk submissions.
  4. Work with insurers to secure competitive terms and coverage for clients.
  5. Provide technical insurance advice and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  6. Work with the Claims department to ensure speedy settlement of claims.
  7. Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to support business retention and growth.

About You:

  1. Proven experience in corporate or commercial broking (ideally 2+ years).
  2. Excellent understanding of the UK insurance market and commercial policy wordings.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Highly organised with attention to detail.
  5. Cert CII qualification preferred (or willingness to work towards it).
  6. A positive, proactive, and client-focused approach.
