Insurance Broker

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated General Insurance Broker to manage and expand their existing commercial client base. Supported by a dedicated account executive and an administrative hub, you will provide quality advice while building relationships within a collaborative team environment. This role will allow you to manage an existing portfolio whilst also leveraging from internal referral structures to ensure ongoing growth and development.

The role :

• Manage an existing portfolio and build relationships with key existing clients and new business prospects
• Provide timely, appropriate advice across the full spectrum of commercial insurance servicing a range of industries
• Lead a small, experienced team and ensure that workflows are managed and renewal cycles are met
• Attend regular Adviser Meetings to report on tasks, KPIs, budgets, and relevant client matters

The requirements :

• Previous experience as a commercial Insurance Broker / Account Executive
• Experience leading others in a Broking environment and the ability to coordinate resources to meet and exceed client expectations
• Tier 1 Broking qualifications are essential
• Strong commercial acumen
