What you'll do:
  • Lead audit engagements from planning to final reporting, ensuring high standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Build strong, collaborative client relationships and deliver tailored, exceptional service.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely with senior staff, including Partners.
  • Oversee and coach your audit team.
What you'll bring:
  • ACA/CA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Experience as an Audit Assistant Manager or Manager, ideally within insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS102 and IFRS.
  • Proven ability to manage audits, client portfolios, and teams.
