Please note this programme is rotational in its nature, so you will be required to move around. But don’t worry - we’ve got you covered with practical and financial support every step of the way.
Post the Training period, you will have an opportunity to be offered a permanent role as a Standard I&C Engineer at Hinkley Point C power plant having the responsibility of supporting Operational I&C Design modification and Validations during the life cycle of the plant. Some of the responsibilities would include:

To be eligible for this EDF graduate programme, you need to have achieved or be expecting a bachelor’s degree, 2:2 or higher, in Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths. You must also have a genuine interest in nuclear energy, the power generation industry and technology with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, whilst being keen to solve technical problems.
Also, to meet our security vetting requirements, you need to have lived in the UK for at least three out of the past five years.
