Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to attract institutional and wholesale investors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and potential investors.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of compelling investment proposals and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, legal, and compliance, to ensure alignment of fundraising activities with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities for fundraising.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and connect with potential investors.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on fundraising progress and market insights.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising for real estate equity, with a robust network of institutional and wholesale investors in Europe.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with investors and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in multiple European languages is a plus.
