Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co., a leading American manufacturing company that makes sunrooms, shade products, railings, & decks, is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Traveling Sunroom Installation Trainer/Carpenter, who works well under pressure, and is ready to hit the road. This position involves extensive travel, working outdoors in diverse conditions, and showcasing expertise in carpentry and installation projects.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel overnight up to 4 nights/week for 35 weeks out of the year
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 3 years experience in carpentry, roofing and/or exterior home improvements; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience installing patio rooms and/or sunrooms but not required.
• Experience with warranty resolution and dealing with homeowners.
• Knowledge of building codes and permit regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must possess valid travel documents to travel to Canada as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to write detailed, accurate reports.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in mathematical skills.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to work on Saturdays when needed.
• Ability to perform manual physical labor for a full work day.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work on ladders and roofs up to thirty (30) feet high.
