Installation Supervisor

Salary: negotiable based on experience

Job Specification

1. Manage Installation Teams and Subcontract Install Teams, ensuring they follow Polar's values. This includes all hiring and firing, appraisals, return to work interviews, training, and toolbox talks.
2. Work alongside Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Ensure all projects are installed to product manuals, recommendations, and to the highest quality.
4. Ensure projects are adequately resourced in line with project manager’s requirements.
5. Ensure all company QITP sheets are filled in by Installation teams to the correct standards.
6. Ensure all company forms are filled in by Installation teams (e.g., holiday requests, timesheets).
7. Check and sign off all installation timesheets and subcontractor invoices alongside project managers.
8. Work closely with the client and Polar management to ensure all site issues and snagging are resolved efficiently before the contract end date, ensuring a smooth handover of completed works to the client.
9. Review NCRs and NPS results for installation to allow for future development and long-term corrective actions.
10. Oversee installation vans, tools, and PPE upkeep and tracking.
11. Ensure Installation teams are adhering to project-specific RAMS and that all paperwork and certificates are up to date.
