Installation Coordinator
Full Time, Permanent
King's Lynn
Up to £28,000 - £30,000 P.A (DOE) + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

In a nutshell… Our client is looking to expand their installations division to support their project teams on site. You will play a crucial role liaising with clients, project managers, engineers and internal technical teams to provide a first-class service to customers across the UK.

The ideal applicant will have current service coordinator or installation coordinator experience scheduling engineers for maintenance, service, repair work or install work.

What's involved for the Installations Coordinator…

  1. Schedule labour to site
  2. Coordinate deliveries
  3. Liaise with subcontractors
  4. Deal with clients on a daily basis
  5. Multitask and prioritise jobs accordingly
  6. Handle customer queries
  7. Communicate with engineers, project managers and internal technical teams

What you'll need…

  1. Service Controller / Scheduling or Installs Coordinator background
  2. Experience scheduling engineers diaries
  3. Ability to prioritise workloads
  4. Good computer literacy
  5. Attention to detail
  6. Good verbal and written communication across all levels
  7. Ability to work well within a team
