They are looking for an Insolvency Solicitor to join the company on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role would suit someone who is a qualified solicitor or NQ solicitor interested in Insolvency Law. Training can be provided.

Whats the role?

As one of the firm's Insolvency Solicitors, you will be advising and representing clients (individuals, businesses, or creditors) on all aspects of insolvency law, including administration, liquidation, bankruptcy, and restructuring, often working with insolvency practitioners and lenders.

What do you need as an Insolvency Solicitor?

1. A qualification as a Solicitor (NQ or experienced), with some knowledge or exposure to Insolvency Law.
2. A background in commercial litigation, commercial or banking law could be advantageous.
