At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Shaunavon, SK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in equipment sales and be a part of the future of agriculture. In this role you will deliver exceptional retail service to our customers through new and used agricultural and turf equipment sales, as you work towards becoming one of our Territory Managers. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the company for the sale of new and used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Utility Tractors etc.) to walk-in customers
  • Participate in required sales activities (cold calling, customer follow ups, monitoring, completing tender submissions etc.)
  • Assist Territory Managers with sales paperwork and inventory processes
  • Maintain current product and financing knowledge of all equipment & products, parts, and services available to customers
  • Coordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipment
  • Conduct equipment demonstrations and promotions
  • Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer relationship and communication skills
  • 1+ years of retail sales experience
  • Knowledge of agriculture or turf equipment and farming/operational practices preferred
  • Ability to use standard computer systems such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
