Inside Sales Representative
In this role, you will focus primarily on upselling activities (70%) to existing customers while also contributing to acquiring new customers (30%) across the UK region. You will act as the main point of contact for customers with intensive phone/email engagement to drive sales and revenue. Your role will involve proactively managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to expand sales with existing customers, and introducing the full Prüftechnik portfolio to new customers.
You will be responsible for qualifying leads, motivating customers to place orders, and meeting sales targets through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and customer expansion strategies. Fluency in English is required to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
