Your Role

• Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers for Minnesota Rusco to schedule in-home appointments for our Sales Team.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on our home remodeling products to improve your success in securing appointments.
• Flexible Brand Ambassador: Take on additional hours representing our brand when needed.

What You Bring

• Experience in call center, sales, or customer service roles.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Strong focus and persistence in a call center environment, even during extended periods of stationary work.
• Detail-oriented follow-up to ensure tasks are completed accurately.

What We Offer

• Training: $20 per hour, Regular Pay: $18 per hour plus commissions and a monthly bonus.
• Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10 am–6 pm, and rotating Fridays, 9 am–4 pm, & Saturdays 9 am–2 pm.
• Paid Time Off: Includes a floating holiday and your birthday as a paid holiday after 90 days.
