JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Manager/ Inside Sales Manager
SALARY: £42,000-£45,000 plus £15,000 OTE

Established in the 80's, we are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate the internal sales team to achieve sales targets.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
3. Manage key client accounts and build strong relationships.
4. Monitor sales performance and report on metrics.
5. Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in an internal sales or sales management role.
2. Strong communication and leadership skills.
3. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
4. Experience with CRM software.
5. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
