JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Manager/ Inside Sales Manager
SALARY: £42,000-£45,000 plus £15,000 OTE

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead, manage, and coach our eXcelerate team of inside sales account managers. This role is focused on people management, coaching, and development, ensuring you bring out the best in the sales team.
About you:
Sales management is in your DNA; you thrive on working with salespeople at all levels, coaching, training, supporting, and leading by example. You will have a proven track record in a sales team leader or sales management role, and ideally, you will have experience in the IT Channel, either within an IT Reseller/VAR or IT Distributor selling IT solutions and services.
