Band 5 looking to progress your career? Are you a Band 6 looking for a new exciting opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Band 6 Physiotherapist with a passion for general physical rehabilitation to work within NELFT's London based In-patient rehab team.
The role will require the successful candidate to work as part of the team based in an inpatient setting but with an interface to other NELFT services and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery is of a high quality and provided in line with national standards.
The post holder will utilise a range of skills and experience gained in clinical practice to perform specialist, comprehensive assessments using clinical reasoning skills and assessment techniques to formulate a treatment plan based on clinical findings.
Excellent communication skills are essential as well as good knowledge of current Physiotherapy best practice and the ability to work as an effective team member across multi-professional team.
The main responsibilities of the post holder are:
Probationary Period
This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
High Cost Area Supplement
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,551 to a maximum of £5,735).
