Job Overview
This secondment opportunity to lead the Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin Care Groups Inpatient Transformation Programme presents a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring or existing NHS leader to help drive change in this key area across the Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin Integrated Care Board area.
Working closely with internal and external partners and with reference to the ICB's 3-year Inpatient Quality Transformation Strategy, you will take a lead role for MPFT in developing and delivering the enabling work-streams and actions that align to and ultimately help achieve the NHS England strategy aims of improving population health and healthcare, and to localising and realigning mental health inpatient services over a 3-year period.
This post is pivotal to the overall coordination and delivery of MPFT's inpatient transformation programme in the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin area.
