We have an exciting opportunity for an Innovation Coordinator to join our Digital Team. Reporting to the Customer Experience & Innovation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in initiating, onboarding, delivering, and evaluating Proof of Concept technologies as part of the UK&I Digital Labs Innovation Process. This position offers the chance to work with some of the most prestigious client brands and locations across our UK&I sectors.
As an Innovation Coordinator, you will collaborate with the wider Digital Team, stakeholders, sector operations teams, and vendors to deploy cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and boost profitability. You will utilise data analysis techniques to improve existing technology, support innovation projects, and ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of trial technologies.
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to visit sites and office locations across the UK & Ireland, including attending client sites and vendor locations at least three days per week.
