We have an exciting opportunity for an Innovation Coordinator to join our Digital Team. Reporting to the Customer Experience & Innovation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in initiating, onboarding, delivering, and evaluating Proof of Concept technologies as part of the UK&I Digital Labs Innovation Process. This position offers the chance to work with some of the most prestigious client brands and locations across our UK&I sectors.

As an Innovation Coordinator, you will collaborate with the wider Digital Team, stakeholders, sector operations teams, and vendors to deploy cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and boost profitability. You will utilise data analysis techniques to improve existing technology, support innovation projects, and ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of trial technologies.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement to visit sites and office locations across the UK & Ireland, including attending client sites and vendor locations at least three days per week.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the successful delivery of innovative technology trials, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  2. Manage trial scope, stakeholders, risk mitigation, and effective communication across teams.
  3. Troubleshoot and configure trial technologies to ensure seamless deployment.
  4. Assist the Innovation Lead at Digital Labs events and sector forums.
  5. Maintain accurate trial project documentation, including project plans, reports, marketing materials, and administrative records.
  6. Develop and refine processes to enable faster and more agile deployment of trial technologies.
  7. Contribute to innovation strategy by streamlining timelines, processes, and costs for trials.
  8. Act as the gatekeeper for all trial queries, building strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  9. Support collaboration with third-party suppliers to enable and enhance technology trials.
  10. Demonstrate trial technologies both remotely and in person to key stakeholders.
