Injection Mould Manager in Stevenage

Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Injection Mould Manager in Stevenage to join the moulding department of a well-established engineering company. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role, managing a small team of Injection Mould Setters and ensuring smooth, efficient operations on the shop floor.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 41.5 hours per week + overtime available
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations within the Injection Moulding department
Supervise and support a small team of Injection Mould Setters
Ensure high-quality production using Arburg and Demag machines
Maintain production schedules and ensure output targets are met
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain health and safety standards across the team

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years' experience managing a team of Injection Mould Setters
Strong understanding of injection moulding processes
Familiarity with Arburg and Demag machinery
Excellent communication and people management skills
Good general IT skills
