Required skills, qualifications and experience- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar 3rd line support role
- Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Windows Exchange Sever
- Proficiency in networking concepts and hardware, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and routers
- Strong experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Understanding of security best practices, backup concepts and disaster recovery planning

- Systems Administration: Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and group policies.
- Network Management: Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues (firewalls, routers, switches).
- Data Protection: Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity solutions.
- Security Standards: Implement and maintain critical security protocols.
- Project Work: Contribute to impactful IT infrastructure projects.
