Infrastructure Engineer – Bath

We’re looking for a Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing and collaborative team, delivering innovative projects across highways, utilities, and sustainable drainage.

The Role

Working in multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, from concept to construction.
Oversee civil infrastructure design, ensuring high-quality technical output.
Plan resources and finances, tracking project performance.
Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills.
Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
Work closely with clients and be part of the work-winning team securing new projects.

What We’re Looking For

Strong technical background in highways, utilities, or drainage design.
Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and motivating teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage.
A proactive approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel and contribute to quality improvements.
Member of a relevant professional institution (ICE, CIWEM, etc.).
