IT Service Delivery Manager – Wigan – Permanent - £45,000 - £50,000

An experienced IT Service Delivery Manager is sought for a client based in Wigan. Due to new client wins, the business is investing in their team to ensure a high service level is delivered to their ever-growing customer base. The Service Delivery Manager is a crucial role to ensure the efficient delivery of services. The purpose of the role will be to:

• Focus on Client Relationships
• Service Quality Assurance
• Service Improvement
• Performance Monitoring
• Act as a single point of contact for customer escalations

As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will report into the Head of Service Delivery and work closely with stakeholders from a number of teams within the IT Support Team. The main duties will include the following:

• Client Relationship Management – ensure clients receive a high-quality service addressing any issues that might arise during delivery
• Service Quality Assurance – Oversee the quality of services ensuring they meet the established standards
• Service Improvement – Identify opportunities for efficiency or service improvement with a focus on cost reduction without a drop in quality
• Performance Monitoring – Monitor the performance of Service Teams and track KPI’s to ensure effective delivery
• Problem Resolution – Work closely with clients to identify and address potential problems proactively

To be considered for the role you must:

• Have experience working as an IT Service Delivery Manager within a multi-client role
• Fantastic knowledge of service and application delivery
• Experience of ITIL processes and service delivery software
• A good understanding of Project Management principles
